We show two tools that are essential during packaging. Products that’s importance we only realize when you’re out of stock or don’t have them.
In most cases, we use cardboard boxes for packaging, or in the case of larger items, we protect the product with different bubble rolls during transport.
Keeping these in stock is a basic thing, but in many cases we forget that for quick and efficient work, there are two additional mandatory elements when packing in a warehouse or anywhere where packing takes place on a regular basis.
Tape dispenser, and tape:
We see in many warehouses that paper or PVC tapes are often used, so that they are only torn with teeth, possibly cut and folded back with scissors. Not only is it a slow process and very cumbersome, but many times only a strip comes off it and you can suffer afterwards by being able to draw a full band with it.
A cheap $10-15 manual tape dispenser already solves a lot of problems, it can be used much faster, you don't have to worry about where the tape will tear now. It pays off in the short term.
It is very easy to use, just insert it, pull the roll through it and it can be used.
It can be recharged in about 10 seconds.
Here you will find our adhesive tapes and dispensers!
Wallpaper cutter, and PVC cutter:
A wallpaper cutter is a tool you never have a working one with. This is when you tear off the glue with your teeth, cut it with a key or nail, and maybe use scissors.
In most cases, almost any pvc cutting knife can be good for packaging, it is important that it is sharp and non-slip. There are several blade sizes. The wider the blade is, the thicker it can cut through.
